"Elon Musk is Our Einstein," Dimon Declares
JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon hailed Elon Musk as a modern-day Einstein during a CNBC interview on January 22, 2025. He praised Musk’s contributions through SpaceX, Tesla, and Neuralink, emphasizing Musk’s role in advancing human progress and defending fundamental freedoms.
"You’ve got to look at Elon – the guy is our Einstein. I'd like to be helpful to him and his companies as much as we can," Dimon stated.
A Call for Accountable Governance
Dimon also backed Musk’s scrutiny of government inefficiency. Referring to Musk’s acquisition of ???? (formerly Twitter), Dimon highlighted its significance as an effort to reclaim free public discourse.
"It’s completely rational for someone like Elon to critique the inefficiency in government. We deserve good governance, and no one believes that simply sending another trillion dollars to Washington will achieve that," Dimon explained.
